lcBlockMove Home

Moves all entities of a block.

 BOOL lcBlockMove (
   HANDLE hBlock,
   double dX,
   double dY,
   BOOL bUpdate
 );

Parameters
hBlock
  Handle to a block object.
dX dY
  Offset value.
bUpdate
  If true, then block will be updated.

Return Value

  If the function succeeds, the return value is nonzero (TRUE).
